Business Analyst / Business Developer – Banking

We are looking for…

A medior to senior Business Analyst / Business Developer who is analytical, curious, and communicative. You are comfortable operating in complex environments and able to challenge assumptions while exploring multiple solution paths.

You will:

– Support program initiatives by driving integration of applications and processes

– Collaborate on data mapping and alignment of data models across systems

– Identify and safeguard critical business processes during integration

– Contribute to policy documentation and governance related to integration

– Engage with stakeholders across teams and business units to ensure alignment

– Provide solutions to integration challenges with minimal business disruption

– Recommend continuous improvements to integration strategies and processes

Experience

– Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer, or similar role
– Experience within complex IT environments
– Strong data experience including data mapping and data models
– Experience with policy documentation and governance
– Banking/financial services experience is a plus
– Knowledge of leasing or commercial finance is advantageous
