Business Analyst Third Party Risk Management – OneTrust

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the further professionalisation of Third Party Risk Management within a complex and highly regulated environment.

This role is focused on strengthening processes, governance and tooling around supplier risk, due diligence and third party governance, with a strong emphasis on the OneTrust platform.

The role

In this position, you will work at the intersection of Business, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security and IT. You will focus on improving, structuring and standardising processes related to supplier risk management, due diligence and third party governance.

As Business Analyst, you will translate business requirements into practical processes, clear workflows and effective solutions within OneTrust. You will help stakeholders gain better insight into risks, improve process consistency and translate compliance requirements into workable day-to-day practices.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements related to Third Party Risk Management.
  • Improving and standardising supplier onboarding and due diligence processes.
  • Translating laws, regulations and internal policies into practical workflows, controls and process agreements.
  • Supporting the implementation, configuration and optimisation of OneTrust modules.
  • Aligning with stakeholders across Procurement, Compliance, Security, Legal, Risk and IT.
  • Designing, improving and embedding risk assessments and vendor governance processes.
  • Identifying process improvements across the supplier lifecycle.
  • Supporting audits, reporting and compliance-related activities.
  • Safeguarding data quality, process consistency and the uniform application of TPRM workflows.

Required experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, procurement, risk or a comparable environment.
  • Experience with Third Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management or supplier governance.
  • Knowledge of OneTrust or comparable governance, risk or compliance tooling.
  • Experience within an enterprise or highly regulated environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering and process optimisation.
  • Affinity with compliance, operational risk and supplier lifecycle management.
  • Experience within financial services is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

Experience with any of the following would be beneficial:

  • DORA, GDPR, ESG or outsourcing regulations.
  • Procurement processes and supplier onboarding.
  • Workflow tooling and risk frameworks.
  • Agile/Scrum ways of working.

Personal profile

You are highly analytical, communicative and able to make complex processes clear and workable. You can engage effectively with different stakeholders and align interests within a corporate environment.

You are also independent, proactive and pragmatic, with a strong understanding of how governance, risk, compliance and process improvement come together.
