Are you experienced in driving change across complex tech organisations and comfortable influencing senior leadership? This 5-month maternity cover role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a large, international tech organisation, helping bring transparency, efficiency, and standardisation to IT products and services across multiple domains.
You’ll operate in a highly strategic environment, bridging central governance with local tech teams, while shaping how products, services, and delivery models are defined and implemented.
About the role
As an Change Expert, you will support and guide multiple Tech domains on their journey toward increased transparency and operational effectiveness. You will work hands-on with engineering teams, product leaders, and senior stakeholders to translate central objectives into pragmatic, value-driven implementations within each domain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Tech domains across the organisation to facilitate and support transparency and efficiency improvements
- Translating central goals into relevant, low-bureaucracy domain implementations
- Actively managing stakeholders from engineering level up to C-suite, steering alignment and decision-making
- Safeguarding correct implementation of the digital product data model, with focus on:
- Product and service definitions (aligned with product catalogue and standards teams)
- Methodologies for backlog management and programme steering
- Organisational structure and delivery model alignment
- Identifying and introducing opportunities for acceleration through tools, methods, and ways of working

About you
You are a confident change leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and technology.
Your background includes:
- 5-10 years’ experience in change and delivery within an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of IT landscapes, delivery flows, and operating models
- Proven experience influencing and advising C-level stakeholders
- Solid product management experience
- Consultancy background, including running workshops, roadmaps, and model deliveries across multiple stakeholders

- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Curious, improvement-driven, and eager to continuously learn

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Relevant certifications such as Lean, Agile, or BusDevOps are an advantage
