Why This Role Exists
A new sub-programme focuses on Central Clearing.
Current landscape:

Trading across equities, rates, swaps, commodities, futures, and CDS
-
90-95% micro-hedging activity
-
Significant volume of centrally cleared trades
-
Cleared portfolios require analysis and migration during the entity transition
The role leads analysis and coordination across clearing workstreams, ensuring regulatory and operational readiness throughout migration.
Role Focus
This is a senior, business-facing change role:

Project-driven and transformation-focused

Centred on clearing strategy and portfolio migration

Liaising across Trading, Sales, Operations, Reporting, Compliance, Risk, and Legal

Supporting transition into Business-as-Usual
Regulatory Scope
Exposure spans EU and US frameworks:

EMIR

MiFID / MiFIR

CFTC
-
Dodd-Frank
Strong understanding of regulatory impact in Financial Markets is required.
