We are looking for…
A IT Risk SME to help manage IT risks across a client’s global IT landscape. You’ll be instrumental in implementing, monitoring, and improving the client’s IT Risk & Control Framework.
Outcomes of the project
The client is looking for support in strengthening its 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) IT risk processes, improving its IT Risk & Control (R&C) framework, and contributing to a higher level of IT Risk awareness within their organization.
Responsibilities
You will:

Support the design, documentation, and implementation of 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) IT risk processes.

Assist in the coordination and execution of IT risk workshops and Risk Self-Assessments (RSAs).

Contribute to remediation efforts for internal/external audit findings.

Help prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders on risk topics.
-
Liaise with second-line Risk and Audit teams to gather evidence and respond to audit-related questions.

Support the improvement of the IT Risk & Control (R&C) framework.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and awareness efforts around IT Risk within the IT organization.

Maintain documentation and support tracking of risk-related actions and controls.
Experience
-
3-5 years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or IT Compliance (within a corporate or regulated environment).

Exposure to IT control frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ITIL).

Familiarity with audit processes and risk reporting.

Comfortable working in a complex, international IT environment.
Profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

Nice to Have:
-
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.

Understanding of cloud security and cloud compliance frameworks.

Exposure to tooling such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.

Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or equivalent (not mandatory).
