Ops Engineer – 24/7 IT Vigilance | Infrastructure, Automation & Global Collaboration

As an Ops Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of keeping IT services stable, available, and running across a global landscape. From hands-on incident resolution to infrastructure automation, you’ll work in a dynamic setup that never sleeps-literally. This role includes night and weekend shifts and offers a hybrid setup from our Rotterdam office.
About the Role
You’ll monitor and resolve technical incidents, making sure issues are solved on the spot-or routed correctly and quickly. You’ll analyse root causes, build up internal knowledge, and help teams avoid repeat problems. With a focus on automation and continuous improvement, you’ll maintain high-quality infrastructure services, all while collaborating with international colleagues.

About You
- Experienced in managing incidents and infrastructure services
- Strong scripting/coding abilities and knowledge of tools like VMware
- Familiar with Agile and DevOps practices (Scrum, CI/CD, cross-functional squads)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working night, late, and weekend shifts
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, plus relevant certifications
- Fluent in English
