Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational resilience? We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a DORA compliance project, ensuring our organization’s resilience of Critical and Important Functions (CIFs).
About the Role
As a Project Manager – DORA Compliance, you will take ownership of CIF administration, risk assessment, and resilience tracking, ensuring alignment with Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements. You will collaborate with procurement, IT, and risk management teams to improve the transparency, security, and continuity of critical business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a comprehensive mapping of Critical and Important Functions (CIFs) and conduct periodic reassessments to identify dependencies, vulnerabilities, and risks.
* Oversee the CIF administration framework, ensuring compliance with DORA requirements, tracking progress, and reporting results to senior stakeholders.
* Work closely with business teams, procurement (critical vendors), IT (critical ICT assets), and risk management to enhance CIF resilience and ensure clear ownership.
* Drive process improvements, create transparency in dependencies between functions, vendors, and ICT assets, and embed CIF responsibilities across teams.
What You Bring:
* Strong project management experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or operational resilience.
* Solid knowledge of DORA compliance, banking operations, and critical function management.
* Ability to analyze complex dependencies between business processes, vendors, and IT assets.
* Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and reporting skills.
* Experience working with governance frameworks, RACI matrices, and business continuity planning (nice to have).
