What You’ll Do
- Collaborate in an Agile scrum team to design and implement scalable GenAI solutions that enhance both customer experience and advisor efficiency.
- Develop advanced AI assistant technologies, utilizing your expertise in AI architectures and Prompt Engineering.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable AI solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- A HBO (Bachelor) or university degree (Bachelor/Master) in a relevant field.
- Strong Python skills, including experience with data engineering libraries.
- Proven experience with Prompt Engineering in large-scale, enterprise-level AI projects.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, Function Calling, and advanced Retrieval strategies for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Fluency in English is required.
