We are looking for…
A specialist SailPoint Developer with a strong foundation in Java to join our client’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. We need someone who deeply understands the SailPoint IIQ ecosystem and can leverage their development expertise to build, maintain, and optimize complex identity solutions.
About the role As a SailPoint Developer, you are responsible for the technical design and implementation of IAM solutions within the SailPoint environment. You will act as the technical subject matter expert, bridging business requirements with SailPoint’s Java-based architecture.
You will:

Design and develop SailPoint IIQ components including Rules, Workflows, Tasks, and Connectors.

Perform business analysis to translate complex identity requirements into technical designs.

Integrate SailPoint with various target systems using Java APIs and custom connectors.

Optimize the SailPoint environment for performance and operational stability.
Responsibilities

Implementing technical solutions within SailPoint IIQ using Java 17+.

Ensuring the continuous uptime and stability of the IAM application suite.

Collaborating with DevOps teams to manage deployments and environment health.

Working within Linux-based infrastructures and Cloud platforms (Azure).
Who are you? You are a technical specialist who views Identity Management as a critical pillar of modern IT. You have a developer’s mindset-focusing on clean code and automated processes-and you enjoy the challenge of working within a large-scale SailPoint environment.
Experience
-
A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on Design and Development.

Specialist Path: At least 5 years of experience specifically developing within SailPoint IIQ, including extensive use of Java APIs.

Senior Developer Path: Alternatively, 10+ years of expert-level Java 17 experience with a strong willingness to master the SailPoint IIQ framework.

Practical experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket/GIT, Nexus, Ansible, and Azure DevOps).
Profile

Expert knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture and development.

Strong proficiency in modern Java (Version 17 minimum).

Experience with Linux, Azure Cloud, and Docker is highly appreciated.

Familiarity with the Angular framework is a plus for UI-related tasks.
