We are looking for…
A Senior SailPoint Engineer to join the IAM team. We are seeking an expert who can help build solutions that protect the client while enabling colleagues and customers to work safely, reliably, and at scale.
About the role
As a Senior SailPoint Engineer, you are responsible for the end-to-end DevOps cycle of identity solutions. You will combine development and operational responsibilities within a multidisciplinary, international team, seeing the direct results of your work in a production environment.
You will:

Design, develop, customize, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.

Build and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors within SailPoint.

Develop and enhance custom connectors using Java.
-
Implement and support Lifecycle Manager (LCM) processes.
-
Integrate SailPoint with core banking platforms, HR systems, and directories.
-
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
-
Resolve incidents and continuously improve reliability and security.
Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the SailPoint implementation from design through to production.

Operate with an Agile mindset to continuously improve solutions, processes, and team collaboration.

Work closely with your DevOps team to ensure secure access to the client’s systems.
Who are you?
Experience
-
Minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience.
-
At least 5 years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 8 is mandatory).

Strong expertise in designing IAM solutions and delivering complex SailPoint implementations.

Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Proven experience working in DevOps environments.

You have an Agile mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Proficiency with Linux environments.

Technical knowledge of SQL, Active Directory, and LDAP.

Value collaboration and learning in a multicultural setting.

Nice to have: Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
