Are you a hands-on cybersecurity professional who’s transitioned into leadership, but still gets energy from technical challenges? We’re looking for a Security Services Lead to take charge of a portfolio of essential security services – including areas like identity management, endpoint security, and network protection.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping strategy, coaching engineering teams, and ensuring services are secure, future-proof, and high-performing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery and ongoing optimization of cybersecurity services with a focus on performance, compliance, and innovation.
- Own the full service lifecycle – from planning and rollout to continuous improvement and decommissioning.
- Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity specialists, supporting their growth and day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams across IT, architecture, operations, and risk & compliance to align on strategy and priorities.
- Develop and execute service roadmaps that support broader technology and business goals.
- Monitor service KPIs such as performance, user satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, exploring opportunities for added value.
- Ensure all services meet relevant regulatory standards and business requirements.
What You Bring
- A solid technical foundation in cybersecurity, with proven leadership experience in service delivery or operations.
- Expertise in one or more areas like Identity Governance, Endpoint Protection, or Network Security.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally and aligning service goals with business outcomes.
- Comfortable with financial oversight, including budgets and service performance metrics.
- A coaching mindset and passion for team development.
