We are looking for…
An ambitious and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join an priority regulatory project. We need someone to focus on embedding global risk data reporting standards into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations and realizing real added value for identified use cases.
You will:

Drive the operationalization of key regulatory delivery components.

Focus on the implementation and refinement of the Control and Reconciliation Frameworks.

Analyze data and business requirements to ensure use cases meet both internal value standards and external regulatory demands.

Work closely with the delivery team to meet strict SMART deliverables aligned with the compliance roadmap.
Responsibilities

Monitoring and reporting on the progress of regulatory framework embedment.

Supporting the development of dashboards and reporting tools for oversight.

Identifying and resolving issues within the Reconciliation and Control Frameworks.

Ensuring all business documentation and deliverables meet the high standards required for audit-readiness.
Who are you? We are specifically looking for professionals who are at the beginning of their career path (junior/early-career) and are eager to grow within a high-stakes regulatory environment.
Experience
-
Demonstrable knowledge of BCBS239 principles or similar risk data aggregation standards.

Experience or strong affinity with Data Analytics and business process mapping.

Previous exposure to Credit Risk or Regulatory Finance reporting is a plus.

Education: Master’s Degree is required.

Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and capable of working toward strict deadlines.

Skills: Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
