We are looking for…
A seasoned Credit Risk Manager to lead the delivery of a Credit Risk Operational Control Framework (OCF). This is a critical role aimed at delivering reference controls in line with the client’s approved methodology and value chain scope. You will play a pivotal part in meeting regulatory expectations (ECB) for the upcoming execution roadmap, ensuring the framework design is finalized and ready for implementation.
You will:

Drive the design and implementation of control frameworks specifically within the Credit Risk domain.

Navigate and manage complex regulatory remediation programs and compliance initiatives.

Structure intricate content to align enterprise OCF requirements with practical, local implementation feasibility.

Facilitate senior stakeholder reviews, incorporating feedback to reach final approvals.
Responsibilities

Own the delivery timeline for the OCF reference control set.

Liaise with requirement owners to specify, validate, and document controls.

Coordinate the “review and challenge” cycle to ensure robust framework integrity.

Support the broader implementation approach to facilitate a smooth transition to the execution phase.
Who are you?
Experience
-
Senior-level experience in designing and implementing control frameworks within the banking industry.

A strong background in Credit Risk is highly preferred.

Proven track record of delivery within regulatory remediation programs or large-scale compliance projects.

Extensive experience managing senior stakeholder review and approval processes.
