Senior Product Owner – Lead Strategic Tools – Azure Boards & MyICS – Influence Tech at Scale
Ready to take ownership of two business-critical platforms within a major international organization? We’re looking for a (Senior) Product Owner who can bring clarity, vision, and structure to Azure Boards and MyICS. You’ll guide roadmap strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide processes-all while shaping tools used daily by thousands of internal users.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving the product strategy and development of Azure Boards and MyICS – two tools central to how large-scale change is delivered within a fast-paced tech landscape. Your focus will be on prioritizing the backlog, collaborating with engineering teams, and aligning product direction with evolving business needs.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the tools support broader process models, while coordinating with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation. Long-term vision, structured delivery, and user alignment are all key to success in this role.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in a tech-driven, product-oriented environment
- Proven ability to manage internal-facing tools with large user bases
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Master’s degree and relevant certifications
- Based in the Netherlands
