About the role
As Product Owner, you are responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and value delivery of observability capabilities. The focus is on moving from basic tooling to a mature, widely adopted service. You work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to drive adoption, prioritize based on value, and ensure continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include:

Owning and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap

Managing and prioritizing the backlog based on value, risk, and evidence

Driving stakeholder alignment in a complex, multi-team environment

Supporting rollout, adoption, and change across the organization

Working closely with architects and delivery teams to ensure technical alignment

Using data and metrics to steer decisions and demonstrate impact
About you:

Experienced Product Owner in complex IT or platform environments

Strong in stakeholder management and decision making

Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving structure

Clear and direct communicator who listens and steers when needed

Knowledge of observability or monitoring is a strong plus

Used to evidence-based ways of working and value-driven prioritization
