About the Role
As a Transaction Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in future MiFIR Transaction Reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational readiness across business areas.
You will act as the subject matter expert, guiding cross functional teams and delivering high impact change from analysis to implementation.
Key responsibilities typically include:
* Leading MiFIR transaction reporting change and delivery programmes
* Translating regulatory obligations into clear business and data requirements
* Coordinating and mentoring Business Analysts to ensure delivery quality
* Building robust data lineage and governance frameworks
* Partnering with Compliance, Operations, and IT to embed effective controls
About You
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst or Project Manager within regulatory change or transaction reporting
* Deep understanding of MiFIR reporting, data lineage, and cross border regulation
* Strong planning, roadmap management, and stakeholder coordination skills
* Hands on experience in business analysis, requirements definition, and testing oversight
* Familiarity with trade lifecycle flows across multiple asset classes
