Your Responsibilities:
- Drive project delivery with a strong focus on execution and results.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Analyze problems and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Manage IT projects end-to-end, particularly in an agile framework.
- Communicate clearly and present confidently to various audiences.
Your ideal profile:
- +5 years as an IT/technical project manager, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Experience as a solution architect is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and the broader IT landscape.
- Proven experience with agile ways of working and delivering Epics/Features/IT solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving progress.
- Excellent English skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively in a global setting.
- A team player with a “make it happen” mentality and eagerness to learn.
