We are looking for…
A skilled Testing Manager to help our client successfully launch their lending proposition. This initiative is critical as it will allow the client to offer loans to non-client customers (prospects) without requiring them to open a current account first.
Outcomes of the project. The primary goal is the successful launch of the lending proposition, which is dependent on fully and successfully tested the end-to-end loan application journey for prospects. The key deliverables include:

Defining a comprehensive testing strategy.

Drafting a detailed end-to-end testing planning.

Setting up a testing governance structure with all involved stakeholders.

Helping content experts (CJEs) in defining robust functional test cases.

Coordinating and performing end-to-end testing with all relevant testing stakeholders.
You will:

Coordinate the full end-to-end testing cycle.
-
Define the overarching testing strategy.
-
Create and manage the testing planning.
-
Establish and maintain a clear testing governance structure.
-
Provide assistance to the Customer Journey Experts (CJEs) in defining the required functional test cases for the end-to-end testing phase.

Who are you? Experience
-
Proven experience as a Testing Manager or Test Coordinator, preferably within the financial services industry.

Experience managing end-to-end testing for complex, cross-functional projects.

Familiarity with loan application or onboarding processes is highly desirable.
