What you are going to achieve
- You translate business needs into IT solutions and challenge what needs to be done.
- You communicate with stakeholders and support Product Owners and teams to renew and implement solutions for the app/ platform.
- You genuinely understand customers’ needs and are eager to give them the best experience.
Who are we looking for
- 3-5 years experience working as a Business Analyst for an online/ digital platform.
- Knowledge and experience in working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Dutch are a big plus.
- Experience with User Experience projects and customer journeys
