An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Experience Technician at the leading ISP provider based in the Wembley area of London. We provide a unique service for local residents, public users, businesses and more in the locality of Wembley stadium. This is an exciting opportunity for a wired/wireless networking engineer who is able to work flexibly.

We are seeking someone who can provide an excellent customer experience, primarily in a post-sales environment. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience, the selected individual will need to be able to manage and prioritise alarms as well as handling customer queries and support issues, involving some customer visits.

Job Type / Category

  • Provide alarm monitoring support for MSP environment on an extended hours basis, including weekends.
  • Phone, email and face-to-face support for customers ranging from residents to business customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure processes are lean and efficient.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be self-directed while collaborating closely with a diverse team. Key qualifications include:

  • CCNA level qualification desirable


  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a network environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting end device issues such as laptop, phone, TV etc.
  • Experience with both wired and wireless networking.
  • Demonstrate a base knowledge of routing and switching.
  • Demonstrate a base knowledge of wireless technologies.
  • A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Demonstrate experience of working within a support desk environment.
  • Knowledge of Ruckus wireless beneficial.
