  • Responsibilities
  • Act as an expert across all operational services: Identity Governance (SailPoint), Access governance (Ping Identity) and Privileged Access Management (CyberArk).
  • Lead team of 7 engineers
  • Ensure the Incident and Change management procedures are followed
  • Service quality and service level agreement (SLA) performances
  • Perform IDAM Governance services and reporting on monthly basis with presentation to Cyber Risk committee as well as each CISO team.
  • Pre-requisites
  • Minimum 7 years experience dedicated to IDAM
  • Expertise across all IDAM scope: IGA, PAM and Access Control
  • Experience in Cyber risk management and Operational services
  • Management skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
