We are hiring a Model Validator to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our organization’s models and algorithms. You will assess and validate statistical and machine learning models used for risk management, pricing, forecasting, and decision-making. Your responsibilities include developing validation plans, assessing model performance, documenting findings, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Assess model performance and identify risks
- Prepare comprehensive validation reports
- Stay updated on regulations and industry guidelines
- Share knowledge with juniors in the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE
- Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning models
- Experience in AIRB model validation and risk assessment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, CRR, EGIM, RTS)
