- Responsibilities
- Respond to complex incidents on Sailpoint, Ping and CyberArk within the agreed SLA
- Investigate incidents through SailPoint, Ping and CyberArk logs.
- Coordinate resolution with IDAM vendors as required
- Pre-requisites
- Minimum 6 years technical experience on SailPoint, Ping Identity or CyberArk (at least 2 out of 3)
- Minimum 5 years Java coding experience
- Experience in investigating system logs
- Fluent in English
