We are looking for…
An expert AI Security Specialist to play a pivotal role in securing AI deployments across the enterprise. You will be responsible for designing technical and procedural controls aligned with AI security frameworks and regulatory requirements while performing complex security assessments for new initiatives.
Outcomes of the Project

Deliverables: Produce AI security controls, detailed assessment reports, threat models, and architecture recommendations.

Volume: Complete a minimum number of AI security assessments per quarter.

Impact: Directly contribute to the measurable reduction of enterprise risks associated with AI deployments.
You will:

Perform complex security assessments and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Design and operationalize security controls across both cloud and on-prem environments.

Simplify complex technical risks into clear business language for stakeholders.

Secure AI deployments across the enterprise through robust architecture recommendations.

Maintain high standards of model governance and data protection
Who are you?
Experience
-
Proven expertise in AI/ML security, including adversarial ML and model governance.

Strong background in cybersecurity principles, cloud security, and secure architecture.

Highly Desirable: Experience with Microsoft AI, Azure AI Studio, OpenAI integrations, or platforms such as Databricks.
Profile

You possess a high degree of ownership, independence, and accountability.

You have strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.

You are comfortable in a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to be on-site in Amstelveen as required by assignments.
