Business Consultant – IT
We are seeking a Business Consultant to join a dynamic team within an internal IT service provider. You will be responsible for advising and challenging business leaders on IT-related change initiatives, ensuring the seamless implementation of new technologies that support the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple IT projects, driving structure, reporting progress, and maintaining oversight.
- Analyze problems and create clear, actionable storylines for stakeholders.
- Organize workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Translate management information into concrete action plans.
- Provide critical advice and seek out improvement opportunities.
- Coach and support less experienced colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- 5+ years of consultancy experience preferably with IT projects.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint and stakeholder management abilities.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Energetic about working in a young team, leading by example.
