The Role
We’re looking for a Data Engineer to build and scale a modern data lake and reliable data infrastructure. You’ll create clean, accessible datasets and automated pipelines that power analytics and reporting.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines (batch and/or streaming)
* Design data models (star schema, SCD) for analytics use cases
* Implement CI/CD for data jobs using GitHub Actions
* Apply data quality checks and basic monitoring
* Translate stakeholder data needs into technical solutions
Your Background
* 3+ years building and maintaining data pipelines
* Strong Python and SQL skills
* Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
* Experience with AWS, Azure, or Databricks
* Solid understanding of ETL, data modeling, and OLAP concepts
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS services (Glue, Athena, DynamoDB), PySpark, Infrastructure as Code, modern table formats (Iceberg/Delta/Hudi), or distributed data processing.
