About the role
As an E2E UAT Test Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the User Acceptance Testing process – ensuring that business requirements are fully validated and aligned with program objectives. You will define the UAT approach, manage cross-system testing execution, and facilitate sign-off readiness by providing transparent quality governance and traceability.
You will:
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear UAT objectives, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and implement UAT strategy, including scope, entry/exit criteria, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the Change Lead, CJE, and test teams to ensure full understanding and testability of requirements.
- Manage test execution progress, defect tracking, and issue resolution across teams and geographies.
- Maintain requirement traceability matrices (RTM) and provide transparent reporting for management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate business sign-off by demonstrating that all key requirements are validated or that known risks are accepted.

Who are you?
- Proven experience managing End-to-End UAT in multi-system environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements validation, and traceability.
- Skilled in defining and executing UAT strategies aligned with project delivery plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and pragmatic in balancing quality with delivery timelines.
