React Developer (React Focused)

We are looking for…
A React-focused Software Engineer to develop and maintain internal Mission Control and Control Center systems – tools used by operations and customer care teams to view client information and perform operational actions.
The current technical distribution is approximately:
* 50% Backend (Golang)
* 40% Frontend (React + TypeScript)
* 10% Infrastructure (TypeScript CDK / AWS)
These ratios reflect the current state of the system and may evolve depending on product priorities. While backend contributions are required, this is not intended to be a backend-dominant role.
About the role
As a Software Engineer, you will work on internal systems that directly support operational teams. The role combines hands-on frontend development with growing backend responsibility and exposure to infrastructure automation.
You will:
- Build and maintain React (TypeScript) applications
- Contribute to Golang services and APIs
- Collaborate on AWS infrastructure using CDK
- Improve usability and internal workflows
- Work closely with product and operational stakeholders
Who are you?
Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on React development
- Strong understanding of modern frontend tooling and practices
- Experience with TypeScript
- Willingness and motivation to learn or deepen backend skills in Golang
- Experience with backend technologies is a plus
- AWS experience is a plus
Profile
- Strong visual design sensibility and attention to UX
- Structured and pragmatic in approach
- Comfortable working across the stack without being purely backend-oriented
- Proactive and eager to take ownership of improvements
